MORE ABOUT JACQUI
As a trained Holistic Chef and Certified Nutrition Therapist, I guide you toward vibrant health by teaching you how to recognize and cook with real food so that you develop the skills necessary to support your health for life.
More about my professional background: I studied business management and hospitality in college. The following four years after that, I lived and worked in fashion merchandising in New York City before deciding I wanted a job and a life that allowed me to cook and share the multifaceted impact of food.
Several years later, after traveling and living abroad, I completed prerequisite courses for a Masters in Dietetics program. Ultimately, I decided to pursue Cooking for Optimal Wellness and Nutrition Science at Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver, Colorado.
I’ve interned with the The Littleton Clinic, where patients can participate in the ReCode Protocol to address cognitive decline through lifestyle modifications, supplementation and nutrition. I also teach classes and create content and recipes for a local kids’ cooking company called Sticky Fingers Cooking. My work has been featured by Samsung, Edible Communities, Seoulist, and the online culinary resources Honest Cooking and Feedfeed.
